Each Mala is an individual creation by myself. No two are the same.  Some may look alike but, due to the nature of natural stone and wood, each bead is unique thus making your special creation one of a kind. 

 Whether you use your Mala beads to count Mantras while meditating, reflection, or a connection to the beautiful stones you have chosen or just simply to wear as your very own beautiful piece of jewellery, I hope you love and enjoy them for years to come. Ultimately, the Mala becomes what the wearer wants it to be. You fill the energy of the beads and gemstones, with your thoughts, your hopes, and dreams. Since stones and crystals absorb energy from you and your surroundings, it is recommended that you cleanse and charge your mala from time to time. You can use sage or Palo Santo to cleanse it or leave your mala out in the full moonlight.

The term Mala is derived from the, Sanskrit: माला; mālā, meaning 'garland' in which a string of beads is used for prayer and or meditation. These have been used by Buddhists and those with spiritual aspirations for thousands of years. Malas are typically made with 18, 27, 54 or 108 beads and it is said that Yogis and Buddhists were the first to use a Mala to enhance their spiritual practices. Also called Yoga beads, a Mala is used to keep count while repeating a “Japa” which is a spiritual discipline involving the meditative repetition of a mantra or a Devine name. They Can be worn everyday around the neck or wrist to remind yourself to be mindful. Malas can be made of various different beads and gemstones and just like a Malas means more than it appears, each of the different stones have different meanings and properties. I find most people choose their special Mala by finding the one that they are most drawn to.
