It is said that Amazonite has healing powers to help with physical ailments, emotional issues, and in Energy Healing and chakra balancing. Amazonite crystal therapies are primarily associated with filtering out stresses, healing traumas, and soothing energies in the home and workplace.

It is said that Howlite strengthens memory and stimulates desire for knowledge. It teaches patience and helps to eliminate rage, stress. A calming stone, Howlite calms communication, facilitates awareness and encourages emotional expression.

Rudraksha refers to a stonefruit, the dried stones of which are used as prayer beads by Hindus, as well as by Buddhists and Sikhs. When they are ripe, rudraksha stones are covered by an inedible blue outer fruit so they are sometimes called "blueberry beads". It is said that the story goes that once Lord Shiva was in penance for a long period, immersed in his blissful self. When he eventually woke up, tears fell on the ground from his eyes. The tears became a seed and grew into a tree, which came to be known as the Rudrakshatree. The seeds of this tree were bestowed special powers by Lord Shiva, which can assist us in our spiritual evolution. Rudraksha, the aksha of Rudra brings us raksha, protection, and helps us face hurdles on our spiritual journey.

Each Mala is an individual creation by myself. No two are the same.  Some may look alike but, due to the nature of natural stone and wood, each bead is unique thus making your special creation one of a kind.

The best way to choose your Mala and its beads is by your intuition and what your heart is drawn to.

Each Mala will come in its own unbleached Cotton Bag

Whether you use your Mala beads to count Mantras while meditating, reflection, or a connection to the beautiful stones you have chosen or just simply to wear as your very own beautiful piece of jewellery, I hope you love and enjoy them for years to come. Ultimately, the Mala becomes what the wearer wants it to be. You fill the energy of the beads and gemstones, with your thoughts, your hopes, and dreams. Since stones and crystals absorb energy from you and your surroundings, it is recommended that you cleanse and charge your mala from time to time. You can use sage or Palo Santo to cleanse it or leave your mala out in the full moonlight.

The term Mala is derived from the, Sanskrit: माला; mālā, meaning 'garland' in which a string of beads is used for prayer and or meditation. These have been used by Buddhists and those with spiritual aspirations for thousands of years. Malas are typically made with 18, 27, 54 or 108 beads and it is said that Yogis and Buddhists were the first to use a Mala to enhance their spiritual practices. Also called Yoga beads, a Mala is used to keep count while repeating a “Japa which is a spiritual discipline involving the meditative repetition of a mantra or a Devine name. They Can be worn everyday around the neck or wrist to remind yourself to be mindful. Malas can be made of various different beads and gemstones and just like a Malas means more than it appears, each of the different stones have different meanings and properties. I find most people choose their special Mala by finding the one that they are most drawn to.

Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.
